The Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP) is a high-impact initiative by the Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, Government of Bangladesh, supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Building on the immense success of the previous SEIP program, SICIP is designed to equip the country's workforce with advanced, industry-ready, and technology-driven skills. Conducted at HWO Resort and Learning Center, our training programs bridge the gap between academic education and modern global employment demands to secure sustainable livelihoods for our youth.
